Policies - Please read before purchasing

  1. Australia only - All items are restricted to Australian based purchasers only. 
  2. Legal transaction - By purchasing an item you are legally bound to complete the transaction. Please do not purchase unless you intend to pay. 
  3. Payment - All payments to be made within 3 working days. Payment by direct deposit, paypal, money order and bank cheque are accepted. If paying by direct deposit, please user you ebay user id as reference. Payments with no reference will result in delayed postage. 
  4. Postage and Handling - Postage costs are clearly indicated on the listing and include actual postage, wrapping and packing of items. Postage is for standard uninsured delivery to anywhere in Australia. Registered post option is available. All postage charges are non-refundable. 
  5. Delivery - Unless otherwise stated, all items are dispatched the day following receipt of payment (purchases over the weekend are dispatched on Monday). 
  6. Refund Policy - Except where an item is faulty or dead on arrival, a no returns policy applies. Information about items are provided in the listing however if you are unsure please ask first. No refunds are provided for change of mind purchases or if incorrectly purchased. For software items - no refunds are provided once the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights. 
  7. Warranty - Wherever warranty is provided by the distributor this is clearly indicated in the listing. Any warranty claims must be authorised first, after which an address and reference number for the item will be provided. The buyer is responsible for any postage costs to return the item. 
  8. Tax Invoices and GST - Tax invoices are provided for all purchases. Invoices are issued by an Australian registered company with an Australian Business Number (ABN). All prices are inclusive of GST (10%).
