According to PSA/DNA's new certification policy,
they no longer include the sticker with the certification card. Instead,
they now only provide the tamper-proof, serial-numbered sticker, as
announced in their tweet on 10/23/2023. Please read their tweet below.
PSA AUTOGRAPH UPDATE
Starting this month, we will no longer be issuing basic certificate of
authenticity (COA) cards with each item that passes authentication.
Our tamper evident PSA Autograph sticker will continue to be placed on
authenticated items, still including a unique certification number that
can be verified at https://psacard.com.
In an effort to begin the transition to paperless, this will also remove
the collector's need to keep several physical COA cards organized to
match with the correct items in your collection
