These were purchased at an unclaimed freight sale earlier this year, and they were brand new in a bulk plastic bag.  We repackaged them in heavy Ziplok bags.

The ST-08-06B rod assembly consists of the following Hytorc parts:

Rod End Hook Kit, ST-08-04B-00

Bottom Piston Rod, ST-08-03B

Housing Seal Kit, ST-08-62

In other words, those three items/kits will arrive already assembled on the rod for you.
