There is no tracking number for Japan Post shipments.
for FEDEX and DHL shipments, there is a tracking number,
but an additional fee will be charged. If you want it as soon as possible,
we can accommodate you by paying an additional fee, so please contact us in advance.
About Importer's Obligation
- Japanese electrical appliances require a transformer. Please provide your own transformer. We will not accept returns for this reason.
- Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
