A super rare Antique Circa 1890 "KIP" Family hand-painted watercolor Coat of Arms with label "BUREAU OF HERALDRY OFFICE OF HERALDRY ILLUSTRATED".   

Frame measures about 15 1/4" by 12 1/4", and the watercolor part measures about 8 3/4" by just under 6".  It weighs about 2.5 lbs.

Painting is framed in a black color hard tape type of frame, under glass, with double (thick) matting.  Matting has faded to brown, and taped frame has flaked and has missing areas, with exposed glass edges.  

Watercolor part is clean with bright colors, however, so definitely would benefit from a re matting/framing!  

Back has multiple labels, both circa 1890 and again in 1970 (with appraised value of $150).
