VINTAGE GUY HUMPHREY ARTIST * * Metal CLARINET - AS IS
This came from an estate auction. I am not familiar with these instruments or the condition of this one, but am passing it on to someone that may be. I will described it the best that I can:
The green case is missing one end, and has been taped over on that end. The locking mechanisms work - but no key. The green felt is dirty and worn but smells OK and is intact. 23 x 4.75 inches
The main body of the instrument is 21.75 inches from end to end as it lays in the case. Bell is 3 inch diameter. All the mechanisms seem to operate as intended - I see no damage. The pads look quite nice to my inexperienced eye. Code on the upper and lower sections is both "K-2210". Mouthpiece says "H. Bettoney Boston"
From looking online it appears this may be pre WWII, probably from France.
