GM 12642273 Fuel Pump Follower Lifter for 2014+ Gen V LT Engines L83 L86 LT1 LT4

The Genuine GM 12642273 Lifter Follower is a factory replacement part for the High Pressure Fuel Pump on Gen V LT engines. Designed for 2014 and later 5.3L and 6.2L applications (LT1, LT4, L83, L86, L8B), this follower rides on the camshaft lobe at the rear of the engine to drive the HPFP.

This part is a must-have replacement when servicing or replacing the high-pressure fuel pump. It is also a common add-on item when performing camshaft upgrades or deleting DOD/AFM systems during LT engine builds.

**Note: Will NOT fit L84, L87, or L8T engines**
