Application:

Usage:
- The ball pressure test is making the the metal ball (R2.5mm) and the 20N ± 0.2N ball pressure test apparatus to pressure the testing sample surface which was placed in a heating box in standard state.
- After 60min +2 min/0min under specified temperature of the sample test, fastly (<10s) put the test sample in 20 ° C ± 5 ° C water, cooling 6min. Within 3min after removing from water, measure surface indentation diameter of the test product , to see if it’s indentation diameter is more than 2mm or not to evaluate the test sample Heat-resisting deformation capacity under the specified temperature
- According to the test requirements, first put the ball test device in heating box for a long and enough time to ensure that the ball pressure device has achieved stable testing temperature before starting testing.
- Putting the tested parts on the supporting base, make it direct contact to supporting base.
- Putting the surface of tested parts in a horizontal position, press this surface by steel ball (See below). The Test should operate in the standard temperature heating box.
