Hello, up for purchase is a very pretty and stylish evening hat by Andrea Fashions.  It's made of black straw that has a bit of shimmer.  It's a wide brim style with a scalloped edge.  It is accented with matching black organza around the hat and all about the brim.  The circumference of the hat measures 22 1/2 inches long.  It's in excellent condition.
