Good working laptop with  11th Gen processor with touchscreen- wear marks from normal use - we have installed a new top cover/palmrest skin and touched up the paint on the top cover edges if necessary -  there may be some shine to the palmrest and touchpad, and the keyboard has some wear so we have installed a new keyboard cover as shown in the pictures (and check out the video) - not only does it give you a new keyboard look, but it gives the keyboard some protection from whatever you might try to spill on it - stays on even when you turn the laptop upside down!!
