Typically, a child is ready to start riding a traditional tricycle on their own around the age of two to three years old. This is because at this age, they are generally developing the motor skills, coordination, and strength needed to pedal and steer.
The our products offer different modes:
- Infant/Stroller Mode: For very young children (sometimes as young as 6 months), with a secure harness and a push handle for a parent to control.
- Guided Tricycle Mode: As the child grows, the push handle is still used by the parent, but the child can start practicing steering and getting their feet on the pedals.
- Tricycle Mode: When the child reaches about 2.5 to 3 years old, they can ride independently, and the parent push handle and other safety features (like harnesses) are removed. You will find the additional seat in your box that can be used.
