This pair of lathe-turned dark wood candle holders have a beautiful wood grain, particularly the base portions. While they are of a more traditional style, they look kind of interesting with the modern candles in the second photo. (Candles not included.) Each candle holder measures 13 inches tall and 4 inches across at the base. The opening for the candle is 7/8 of an inch. The candles in the photo are a standard taper candle.
