This is a famous Vladimir Horowitz performance of Rachmaninov Concerto No. 3, recorded in 1951, conducted by Fritz Reiner. 
Some light surface noise and a couple of scratches, but overall good condition for a 74-year old recording. I replaced the inner sleeve.
