International shipping is available and is handled and calculated by eBay. All items are packaged safely and securely to prevent shipping damages. 

Refunds are issued for the price of the item only and not shipping and other fees. Provided it is returned in the exact same condition. Otherwise, if the condition of the returned item has changed then the refund amount will be determined based this change. Other circumstances will be considered when determining refund amount such as returning a different item or altering / tampering, switching parts and restocking fee.
