5th April 1998 Portsmouth Special Postmark. Centenary of Portsmouth Football Club 5th April !998. Personally Signed by  Captain D M Tall OBE RN Chairman RN Football Association and Sqn Ldr Tommy Rowe DFC RAF  Served with the RAF during WW11 as a Halifax  and Lancaster Bomber pilot. Awarded the DFC prior to being shot down and taken Prisoner in March 1944. In 1939 he was a member of Portsmouth 's FA Cup winning Team against Wolverhampton Wanders. Certified Copy No  032 of 200.
