Austrian artist Louise Wagner passed away in 1950.  This original oil on canvas piece was acquired over seas by its previous owner in the 1970's, and still has it's entry tag on the reverse.  Frame and matting are circa 1970.  Artwork is in excellent condition, with no discernable flaws.  Frame also appears to be excellent- note that painted wood surface is distressed by design, so please understand it is impossible to say is any potential finish wear may exist.  Incredible, original and signed piece.  Please see pics for further description and condition.
