Very rare Naim Nap 180 chrome bumper. This amplifier started of life as a Nap 160CB, it was serviced and upgraded to Nap 180 spec by Naim a few years ago.
Cosmeticly there are a couple of marks on the front panel, and the sleeve is a little blotchy, please study the photos. A Beautiful sounding amplifier with slam and finesse in abundance.
Will be shipped in a not original to this amp but a correct later Naim Nap 180 box.
I have been asked if I have documentation from Naim regarding the conversion. I no longer have it. I did however contact Naim they told me paper records are no longer available. The serial number 2286 dates this from 1982, some 10 years before the Nap180 made its debut.
The Naim serial number sticker was also changed by Naim at the time of conversion and clearly states Nap180, serial number 2286. Photo added
