This toner cartridge does not contain a chip, you need to remove the chip on the original toner cartridge and then install it on our toner cartridge, you can use it. Please refer to the product picture for the chip removal and installation guide.

Step 1: Remove the toner cartridge from the printer

Step 2: Slowly pull out the sealing tape and then gently shake it from side to side 5-6 times

Step 3: Remove the protective cap along the arrow.

Step 4: Install the new Toner cartridge.
