CEPIA Brush Sweep Installation Steps
1.Close the door.
Press the aluminum housing to the back of the door panel.
Mark the extra part on the aluminum part.
Mark the screw holes on the door panel.
2.Cut off the extra aluminum part by the mark with the saw.
Cut off the same extra brush with the saw, press the brush ends with the pliers.
(If no, the brush will loose and drop off as time goes by)
3.Put the proper part of the aluminum housing to the door panel.
Drive the screws through the holes half way, tune up and down, and then fasten them completely.
4.Insert the brush, press the ends of the aluminum housing genteelly.
(If no, the brush piece may get out as the door works)
Warm Attention:
The aluminum screws holes are oval-shape designed, you may adjust the brush sweeps up and down after some time.
Also, you can just change the brush without removing the aluminum part.
