Unfinished rocking horse shape perfect for crafting or painting.

The bottom is about 12.5" across and about 9" high.  It's almost .75" thick.

This was in a box of miscellaneous items I got at an auction.  I have no idea what type of wood this is.  It also has a few areas that have ink (??) or paint (??).   See pics for details and condition.
