Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship.  Our orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage in most cases. Parcels usually arrive within 7 days after shipment. International orders may take 14+ days to arrive. Though, USPS may take longer to deliver some packages depending on location, weather or backlog.  We apologize in advance for any shipping delays, as they are out of control. Free Shipping applies only to the Continental U.S, this excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. International shipping rates apply.  We recycle packaging material in an effort to reduce coastal landfill waste. Your package may arrive in a recycled box.  For your security and ours, the packing and shipping processes are video recorded on items over $200. These items will be safely packed and shipped to you with full insurance, tracking and signature confirmation.

Return Policy:  Our mission is to provide the best possible buying experience for our clients. However, we're not able to accept returns due to the delicate nature of vintage items and the potential for inadequate repackaging which can result in item damage during return transit. 

Refund Policy:  As sellers, we can not be responsible for items lost by the carrier. Buyers will need to address missing packages with their local USPS branch.  All sales are final. However, in the event of  an item damaged by carrier upon arrival or an error with the listing description regarding condition or function, please contact us prior to leaving feedback. We request photos of the packaging material and item in order to honor refunds on damaged items. Opinions regarding listing errors must not be a result of inadequate due diligence on the buyers behalf. It is the buyers responsibility to thoroughly examine photos and description. Refunds will not be provided for details clearly described or shown in photos. Please note; when a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
