Keitech's Glide Camaron a worm designed specifically for backslide fishing has finally arrived! A common thread among all backslide lures is the thickness of the body which inevitably increases the weight. This inevitably means that the hook is embedded in the worm for a longer period making it difficult to set the hook point. To address this issue the Glide Camaron features slits on its back and abdomen—shallow grooves on the former deeper grooves on the latter. Additionally a point guard on the back allows for easy hook placement even on a "skin-deep" hook. Compatible with various hook sizes and shapes. This balances snag resistance with easy hooking! The slits act as guides simplifying the essential task of "setting the hook straight" which maximizes the worm's power. Cover fishing is like fishing for small points. Connecting these points creates a line. The crank guard an essential component for maintaining a steady rhythm ensures stress-free fishing. The crank of an offset hook can get caught on fallen reeds or thin branches in flooded bushes disrupting the rhythm of your fishing. To overcome this challenge we sought out the ideal guard shape which keeps the hook eye facing upward when the line is taut. It also features a nail hole for inserting a nail sinker allowing for easy on-site weight tuning. The hole just above the abdominal slit is for inserting a nail sinker. This position allows for increased weight without significantly altering the lure's normal behavior. It can be used as needed whether in wind or current or when digging into dense cover. The "3D injection" technology developed for the Neko Camaron allows for a three-dimensional structure further enhancing ease of use. The key scissor claw design combined with the barbs stabilizes the lure's posture during the fall and with rod work the natural skirt-like flare and water displacement recreate the threatening and escape behavior of crustaceans. The reason why the rig doesn't rotate easily when you pick it up which means the line doesn't get twisted is actually because of the design of the scissor claws. It also contains "natural squid flavor" which is known for its fish-catching scent. Some colors do not contain this flavor. *The tips of the barbs are factory locked at the time of shipping.
