Cameo Conch Shell. 

This is a lovely ring in size 6.  The gemstone is real conch shell and the setting is genuine sterling silver, stamped 925. 

The Italian conch shell has  been carved into an attractive gray and white, two-tone image of a woman's head.   The cameo measures 10X5mm and weighs 1.5cts.  The sterling silver setting surrounds the cameo with swirls of silver, and this ring measures 17mm long and 10mm wide (almost 3/4 inch long).  This beautiful ring has a comfortable under gallery, and the ring weighs 3.7 grams.
