· Refunds may be rejected or partially reduced if item(s) are returned used, damaged, defective, missing parts, or not in their original packaging.

3. Restocking Fee & Shipping Deductions
A restocking fee and the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund for returns due to:

· buying the wrong item

· accidental or mistaken orders

· no longer needing the item
