Powers on.  Needs calibration but does function.  The internal dry cell needs to be replaced to use as an ohm-meter.  I noticed that the meter hangs-up about halfway on the scale. Releases with a light tap. 

Other than that it is in pretty good shape for being an antique.

Leads are not included. Multimeter only.
