- Pikachu (Slight Scratching on the holo, several dots on bottom right corner of card, whitening around back of card)
- Snorlax (Several indents on card, one on left and one on right, whitening around back of card)
- Blastoise Holo (Slight marking on left side of holo, whitening around back of card)
- Blastoise Reverse (NM)
