Very cool item, with the frame constructed of tire rubber.  The lense of the clock is plastic.  This clock will freestand if you choose, but designed as a wall clock.  Works as intended, with clock hands resembling mechanic tools.   The number designations are in the form of a ruler, and a very slight bend is present near 12. It appears the "ruler" needs retucked under disk brake if you want it unwrinkled, which can easily be done with back off.  I will make no attempt, as usual, to do this.  Does not affect operation or how well it displays.  Please see pics for further description and condition.
