RARE LTD ED FITZ & FLOYD CHARMING TAILS "HOLIDAY SWEET HEART" ORNAMENT #86/139
- This adorable Enesco hanging ornament was designed by Dean Griff, who has created at least 1500 Charming Tails, even though the owners of this line changed. In 1992-1993, the line was first called the Woodland Collection by Silvestri. In 1994, Fitz & Floyd acquired the line and renamed them the cuter name, Charming Tails. In 2009, Enesco purchased the line and they're still being made today and still highly collectible.
- It's very appropriately named the Woodland Collection because each is made up of adorable woodland animals doing things that you'd think only people would. Mice are the primary critter you'll see on Charming Tails collections, but you may also see squirrels, bees, bunnies chipmunks, birds, skunks, etc.
- Each is hand-cast of resin and is hand-painted, making each unique. The intricate details and endearing characters make this a collector's favorite.
- This is a very rare Fitz & Floyd Charming Tails' ornament, #86/139. I was able to find only two others. They did have their boxes and one had the card that comes with it, but ours is priced appropriately considering we don't have these items.
- As I said above, ours is in excellent condition, except for one very tiny scratch on the backside of one of the mice, which we've magnified in one of our pictures. Unfortunately we do not have its box or tag that originally came with, but I was able to find only two that did. In fact they were the only two like this one that were even available.
- BEFORE PACKING so that this ornament makes it safely from us to you, it is approximately 4” long, 2 1/2” wide, 1 1/2” deep and less than one pound.
