This is an old metal plant stand with three tiers. Each tier measures 22" x 6 1/4". The width overall is 32" and the height is 26 3/4".  From front to back measures 16". It has two spot weld that have broken and then wired.  The wheels have wire too  (see pics).  The tray edges have scalloped edges. It's a little wonky from the years but it is also sturdy. It has an authentic patina or it can be painted again. It does not collapse for shipping so the box is very large.
