Meet the FE Series-Sky High Car Audio's most accessible line of subwoofers, created for enthusiasts who want quality bass on a budget. Designed for clean output, daily reliability, and efficient power handling, the FE Series proves that affordable doesn't mean under-built. With real motor strength, high-temp voice coils, and thoughtful design elements carried over from our higher-end lines, this is entry-level done the Sky High way.
Built with a durable stamped steel basket, the FE Series keeps costs low while maintaining solid structural integrity. The 6.5" FE starts under $100 shipped-something nearly unheard of in today's audio market-yet still brings serious low-end performance to the table.
The 6.5" and 8" FE models feature 2" 4-layer high-temp voice coils, rated at 300W and 400W RMS respectively. Both use double-stacked ferrite motor structures, and come equipped with Sky High 10-gauge direct leads for clean, simple connections in tight installs.
Moving up to the 10", 12", and 15" versions, each sub is powered by a 2.5" 4-layer high-temp coil and rated for 700W RMS. These larger models feature a double-stacked ferrite motors, but are upgraded with push terminals for secure, high-current connectivity. They're built to offer strong musical performance while giving builders and hobbyists a sub they can rely on at an unbeatable price point.
All FE subwoofers are designed for daily use-tight, responsive bass that blends into your system without overpowering it, yet still hits with enough authority to feel. Whether you're building your first system, upgrading a stock setup, or stacking value in a budget-friendly build, the FE Series delivers.

We'll be offering FREE box designs-including ported, 4th order, and 6th order options where applicable-tailored specifically for our subwoofers to ensure maximum performance and reliability. As a bonus, any customer who purchases 4 or more BMX, FMX, or FXXL series subwoofers directly from Sky High Car Audio will receive a $50 credit toward a custom enclosure design from EZ DB's, giving you a serious head start on a professionally designed, competition-ready subwoofer enclosure. Every SHCA subwoofer is tested using DATS-LA, measured with the backplate off the surface after full break-in, ensuring accurate and trustworthy TS data.
Note: The FE and FXB Series subwoofers are not customizable. For custom options including forged carbon fiber cones, additional spiders, glue packages, and colorful basket finishes, refer to our BMX, FMX, and FXXL lines.
