Q1: What are the dimensions of the model?
1/10th scale: ~8" tall
1/8th scale: ~10" tall
1/6th scale: ~12" tall
1/4th scale: ~18" tall
These measurements are approximate, as pose, artistic style, and proportions affect final size. If exact dimensions are critical, contact us before ordering. Custom adjustments may be available for a fee.

Q2: When will my item ship? / Why hasn?t it shipped yet?
Our handling time is 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This is shown:

We've recently reduced handling time from 15 to 10 business days, and aim to lower it further soon.
Shipping Service:
We use USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Times depend on weight, location, and service.

Q3: Why does it take so long to get my order?
We're a print-on-demand business. Each model is made in the order received.
High order volume and complex models can slow production, but we're always working to speed things up without compromising quality.
Q4: Why haven?t you answered my messages yet?
We aren?t ignoring you?we promise!
We reply within 24?48 hours during business hours (9 AM ? 5 PM EST).
Messages are handled on our desktop system, not on phones, so we can focus on production during work hours.

Q5: Do you sell painted models?
Not yet. All models are unpainted (clearly noted in titles and descriptions).
Painted options may be available in the future?stay tuned!
Q6: My order arrived incomplete or damaged?what do I do?
Check if your order has multiple tracking numbers?larger models may ship in multiple boxes.
If something is missing or broken, message us immediately.
We?ll reprint and ship missing or damaged parts ASAP. Thanks for your patience!
Q7: Can this be printed in ___ scale?
Yes! Most models can be resized. Just message us with your requested scale.
Note: Large scales may incur additional fees.
Q8: Will you accept offers or give bulk discounts?
No offers or negotiations, but we run sales and promos often?check back regularly!
Q9: Will this model come with multiple head options?
For 1/6th scale or smaller: usually up to 3 heads if available
For 1/4th scale: usually 2 heads
For busts: typically 1, but extra heads may be requested
Q10: Will there be post-processing (sanding, trimming) involved?
Yes. Some light cleanup is required. You may need sandpaper, files, or putty.
We use minimal supports to reduce cleanup, but some is always expected with resin prints.
Q11: What adhesive do you recommend?
We recommend 2-part epoxy or CA glue with accelerator. Magnets work great for modular parts.
Q12: What resin do you use?
We use Sunlu brand resins (Standard, ABS-like, and Tough) for excellent strength and detail.
Q13: What printers do you use?
We operate over 30 printers including Elegoo Saturn 2/3 and Anycubic M3 Max (8K?12K resolution).
Q14: Why does 1/4 scale take longer?
Larger models take more time to prep, print, and post-process. They may also need custom modifications.
