Engineered for modularity and performance, the T500 Pro is an all-in-one reflux column and condenser designed to streamline the distillation process while delivering exceptional results. This innovative unit combines advanced functionality with unmatched convenience, eliminating the need for separate components. Its integrated design features a pre-packed column with both copper and stainless steel saddles, optimising vapour reflux and elevating the quality of your distillate. Constructed from the highest quality materials, the T500 Pro is crafted with precision using T2-grade copper for the column and cold finger coil, complemented by durable stainless steel tri-clamp ferrules. The use of copper in the spirit path enhances the distillation process by reducing unwanted compounds, ensuring a cleaner, smoother finish. Food-grade, high-temperature silicone seals are included for use in the tri-clamp connections. The T500 Pro features a thermowell at the top of the column for accurate vapour temperature monitoring, a beeping alarm thermometer with adjustable high and low temperature alerts, and robust 2" tri-clamp fittings for a secure, modular setup. The detachable product condenser and removable cold finger cooling coil offer added versatility, while improved water efficiency saves up to 30% compared to the original T500, depending on usage.
Ideal for producing clean, neutral alcohol, the T500 Pro delivers exceptional clarity and purity in every run. It can reach up to 93% ABV and recover up to 95% of the alcohol from your wash—producing a neutral spirit that's ideal for vodka or as a base for flavourings, gins, and other botanical spirits. The T500 Pro is perfect for distilling water, thanks to the combined performance of copper and stainless steel saddles, which aid in the effective removal of impurities.
It also comes with the Still Spirits Water Flow Regulator, which is designed to perfectly control water flow when using the Still Spirits T500 Reflux distillation system or any still that requires less than 1.8 L per min (1.9 US qt per min) of cooling water.

30 Days Hassle Free Return
If the item does not work properly due to the manufacture defect or the item doesn't match the description, you should contact us via Email within 30 days of your receiving the item. We will reply with our details of how to return your item. And the item must be returned within 14 days following this notification.
You can return the item if
- The item has a manufacturer defect and in a not usable condition for its purpose
- The item does not match the description
- The item is damaged during the transit when you receive it
- The item is purchased in error or change of your mind. (Surcharge may apply)
Warranty doesn't cover misuse, after use damage, crashes, and improper installation.
We do not cover the cost of freight of return if there is no fault with the product.
Return Requirement
- The item must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging;
- DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging.
- The item is securely packed to ensure it is received back by us with no further damage.
- If you purchase the item wrongly or change your mind, the item must be returned in the original and resalable condition.
Handling Time & Handling Fee
It may take us up to 5 business days to process the returned item after it has been received.
If there is a faulty with the product or description, there will be no further handling fee charged for the buyer. The total paid amount will be refunded to the buyer or a replacement/exchange will be sent to the buyer and we will make sure the buyer bear no money loss.
If the buyer purchase the item wrongly or change his/her mind after he/she receive the item or there is no faulty found when we receive the return. The postage and handling fee will apply. All other amount will be refunded or equivalent exchange/store credit will be issued.
Postage and Handling Fee: A reasonable amount will be work out to cover the cost of shipping the order to you and the handling fee.
If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
IMPORTANT
When returning the items, please make sure to include your Order Number and a note with the reason of return.
Please note, you must contact us before you make the return/exchange, and returned item by COD will be rejected. If an exchange is not available, credit will be granted or product of similar or equal value will replace the original items under your agreement.
