Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 4pm the same day (Monday-Thursday) and up to 3pm on a Friday.
Goods are sent Royal Mail, the free service is Royal Mail 48 however before you check out there is the option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery, we advise this if your requirement is more urgent.
Please note in the case of Royal Mail 24 and 48 services, the tracking number offers a delivery notification only. You will not see an update for anything else, this is normal, if you have received a message to say your order has been shipped, then it has!

Terms
You will be notified on the day that your goods have been despatched via email.
Once you have received your order, please inspect it for any damage which may have occurred during transit, and report this to us within 24 hours via email.
