Our warehouse is not always staffed as we are an online business so we go in to pack and then leave. We have a very short handling time, usually 1-2 business days, but the majority of orders are dispatched same day if the order has been received before 12pm.
If you wish to purchase multiple items please send us a message so we can advise you of our postage discount. At the end of checkout send us a message when you have finished purchasing and we can send you a combined invoice to make payment.
Express post can take approx. 1-3 business days and regular post can take 2-6 business days depending on your location. If you haven’t received your parcel within 10 working days please contact your local post office first. In the past Australia Post have attempted delivery and if failed they have left it at the post office and in many cases without leaving a card. If you require further assistance please contact us by sending a message through Ebay. 
Please ensure that your contact and address details (postcode matches the suburb) are correct so that there are no delays in receiving your parcel.If there is an issue with the address and it is returned, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Pick up
Pick up is generally available from our Preston warehouse during the week between 10.00am to 2.00pm, not on weekends. Please send us a message to organise an appointment as our warehouse isn’t always staffed.
International Buyers
Please note as the buyer you are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that are associated with the importation of goods. Please ensure that your address is in English. If the parcel is returned back to us from your country and you would like it to be resent, you will incur an additional postage charge.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or you require an exchange of size, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will provide you with the details depending if it’s a return or an exchange. Please note that all shipping costs and prepaid satchels are to be paid by the buyer and are not refundable.
If the item has been damaged or lost due to the shipping courier we are not responsible for this.
Some of our listings have free postage however if you require a refund on these listings, please note that we will hold a $10.00 re-stocking fee.

We accept, PayPal,Afterpay, bank deposit and credit card (Visa &Mastercard). If you want to pay by bank deposit, please contact us for account details and make sure you leave your ebay username as reference. If you wish to pay via credit card please send us a message so that we can process the card over the phone. If you don’t make payment within 7 days, Ebay will open up an unpaid item dispute and then if still no payment then Ebay will put an unpaid strike against you which may put limitations on your account.
