INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS: This is NOT a snap-on case. First disassemble the case into its 2 components. Begin by peeling back the flexible skin and remove the inner plastic shell from the case. (rectangle hole on side is good place to start). Once the two components are separated, insert your phone in the hard frame. (phone should be clean and remove any preexisting screen protectors) Now that your phone is nestled within the protective shell you can wrap the flexible skin around the hard shell. The complete install takes about 1-2 minutes but it's worth the wait. Your phone will be protected and safe!
