Please be aware that I will pack this item as well as possible and that if the CD case gets cracked/damaged during transit that this is a less than a dollar worth of damage to the item and is a minor blemish and be aware that this can happen and that it is truly a minor thing.  

With this being said, the package will be insured with a third party insurance company (ShipSaver Insurance) and they will insure if there is major damage and might not accept claims based off of just a cracked/damaged cd case.
