Overview

The Low-Loss Header, also called a Hydraulic Balancer, separates the boiler circulation from the heating system, making it ideal for medium- to high-power systems (from 40 kW). It supports multiple boilers and various heating circuits, including:

  • Floor heating

  • Radiators

  • Domestic hot water

By automatically separating flows, the balancer ensures independent pump operation, removes the need for manual flow balancing, and incorporates desilter and air vent functions. These features enhance system performance and protect the boiler from low-temperature corrosion.

Operational Modes

  • Heat demand = Boiler output: System operates in balance.

  • Heat demand < Boiler output: Return water from the balancer signals the boiler to reduce power.

  • Heat demand > Boiler output: Increased pump suction signals the boiler to increase power.

The hydraulic balancer works automatically without any manual adjustments.
