Firm, red spring rail felt for vertical pianos.  52" long, approximately (felt varies slightly...) 0.1" thick, 3/4" wide. This is a pressed felt (as opposed to woven) ideal for use on spring rails among other light duty applications.

I strongly recommend using a glue that is not difficult to remove in the future. We usually use hide glue from a heated glue pot but the occasional tech or DIYer can get very good results with Franklin 5012 or 5013 (4 or 8 oz respectively) hide glue, available in some hardware stores or online.
