Unknown tile maker.     Circa 1920-1940   This bisque (unglazed) ceramic plate was made to cover the old-style push button light fixture.  The openings for the 2 buttons are 1/2" round, plus there are 2 factory-drilled holes for the screws.  The design is very 3 dimensional and could work with a number of home/office styles.   In great condition-never used.  Measures 6" tall x 3" wide x 1/2" thick.
