■XKS electric spark strengthening uses hard alloy as electrode to strengthen the surface of ferrous metals. Its hardness is increased to HV1100-1400* (HRC70-72°) to increase wear resistance and corrosion resistance
■For cold punching, bending, extrusion, die-casting molds, etc.; treatment of high-speed steel tools, fixtures, mechanical parts and components that are prone to wear; and can also repair worn mechanical parts in small amounts.
■Replace the electrode to perform sandblasting treatment (commonly known as electronic sandblasting) on various plastic molds, rubber molds, rubber-plastic molds, bakelite molds, etc., which can be processed into 1-6 granular forms.
