Here we have a lot of three very-vintage wide-rim soup bowls from the Franciscan (California, USA) Apple pattern. Very fresh and clean pieces, in excellent used condition, having no chips, cracks, crazing, or stains. Each has one or three very light, completely colorless, scratches to the glaze, the kind that is noticeable only when the piece is held up at just the right angle to a bright source of light.

Please see our store, to which we add new inventory daily, for more pieces in this pattern, as well as other Franciscan patterns. We're always happy to combine shipping at actual cost. When purchasing multiple items, please choose "ADD TO CART" instead of "buy now" and check-out from the cart when you are completely done shopping with us. If the eBay checkout fails to properly combine your orders or, as it is very apt to do, overcharges you for combined shipping, we will issue a refund for the difference between what you paid for shipping, and the actual cost of the shipping, on the day that we ship your package. (We don't find out the actual cost of combined shipping until we purchase the shipping label.)

Vintage: the production of this pattern in California dates from 1940-1984; two of these bowls have a type of round mark dating them to 1947-1949; the other has a "TV" type of mark dating it to 1963-1965

Approximate measurements: 8.5" diameter x 1.5" height

We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report. Corndogcache is a 100% non-smoking environment, and we'll let you know if any of our vintage items smell like it (or anything else) from activities they may have been involved in before they came to us.

The Fine Print:
  • We expect payment within 1 day of purchase. If you're waiting for other auctions to end so that you can combine shipping, shoot us a message to let us know.
  • If you're unable to pay within terms, please reach out with your Plan B. Things happen. Especially these days. So just shoot us a message.
  • We don't accept buyer-remorse returns but we will grant you the use of our description and photos so that you can re-ebay the item yourself.
  • Although we don't accept buyer-remorse returns, reach out if you're unhappy with your purchase! If we messed up -- everybody does -- give us a chance to fix it. We promise it was unintentional, and we'll do what we can to make it right.
