Card Conditions (IMO / In My Opinion)
NM-MT  Near Perfect to Perfect card, nearly flawless corners.
NM+  A near perfect card. with one corner with minor wear. 
NM  Sharp corners. Could have minor wear on 2 corners. 
EX-MT  Corners have minor to moderate wear, two or three fuzzy corners. 
EX/EX+  Mid Grade cards.  May have four fuzzy Corners, rough edges but no major problems on this grade.
VG  Decent Low Grade card. slightly rounded corners, can be small or hairline crease. 
GOOD  There may be back damage, Multiple creasing, markings on the front or back of the card. 
FAIR/POOR  Filler card. has creases, major back damage including paper loss and markings, missing part, writing, major creases, etc..
