The sleeve and step keys are designed to perfectly fit on your 1 "diameter crankshaft with 1/4" keyway, enlarge it to 1-1/8 diameter with 1/4” keyway and extend it by 1.5 inch.

Adapts larger wheel bores to smaller axles.
