A comprehensive study of unit markings and stowage of PzKpfw IVs during the campaigns on the Western front in 1940.

This volume utilises over 180 period photographs and documents from the 8wheels-good collection (the majority previously unpublished). The analysis of these photographs reveals the organisational structures, markings and specific stowage used by the Panzer Regiments operating within all Panzer Divisions engaged in the Western campaigns in 1940. Ultimately operating as a spotters guide to PzIVs in 1940.

The supplementary editions add content to the vehicle specific information given in the five main "PzKpfwIV at the front" volumes, which detail variation across Ausf and the general evolution of the PzKpfwIV and its variants.
