It is pre-owned, but in good overall condition, official merchandise. Red color. Size on tag is M, but check the following measurements for proper sizing fit BEFORE buying, do not just go by the tag size: Pit to pit measures 22.5 inches and top of shoulder to bottom is 29 inches.
