The extremely lightweight Mach 18 has great traction for tackling cross country terrains with a midsole that is made from CMEVA, a full-length compression moulded EVA that gives you just the right amount of cushioning but remains flexible and lightweight.

It also has an outsole with a thin layer of rubber and an aggressive configuration of lugs for a more secure grip and 5 spike receptacles on each shoe. The upper is constructed from a highly breathable seamless mesh that allows the heat from your foot to escape and the microfibre and synthetic overlays are designed to give a much more secure fit. Also with asymmetrical lacing that helps to eliminate any pressure.
