Please refer to my pictures for condition and measurements. Estate purchase. I would say this is in good condition with some fair/acceptable areas in the book. Please refer to all my pictures. When you open up the book the binding seen in the front and back is exposed on the side. All the pages are intact, but there is exposed binding seen. I don’t see any writing inside, but I might have missed something. I do see a highlighted area on one of the pages. There is yellowing on the edges of the pages here and there. The hardcover/outside does have marks/wear and on the original box itself. Clean smell. Pet free smoke-free home. Please feel free to ask me any questions.
