This vintage Liz Claiborne Petites Shirt Dress features gold buttons on the top and hidden buttons below the waist. It includes a matching belt w/ gold buckle, gold buttons on the sleeves and has pockets. The belt has dents from wear, but overall the dress is in excellent condition.
