Returns - Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package (in an extra box or padded bag) and post them back to us. (Do not attach the return shipping label to the product packaging. Doing so will void your return.)

Most items have freight & packing included in the sale price.
Australian orders - our items are sent via StarTrack with full tracking available. If you are not at the delivery address on the delivery day they will leave the parcel. If this does not suit you please call or email us before your parcel is shipped.
