Incredibly fast, metal chassis spherical lens set of 5;

18mm, 25mm, 35mm, 50mm & 85mm.

These are a stunning and hugely under rated set of S35 prime lenses. As fast as master primes but around half the size and weight. The have been my goto lenses for crisp, flattering glass with gentle focal roll off and epic bokeh.

The base glass used to manufacture these is the same Schott glass as used by Zeiss. A heap of heritage design from a deep history of classic film lenses made by Lomo but with modern mechanicals courtesy of LumaTech Inc. these lenses are the perfect balance of vintage vs. practical, at a fraction of the price of anything with a Zeiss or Canon sticker on the side!

For those who think I’m exaggerating about their quality, I recommend you watch the Salt II ‘WFO’ head to head test between a set of these, some Master Primes, some K-35’s, SuperSpeed MkII and various other high end offerings.

The Lomo Illuminas prove to be shockingly good. That test led me to buy them and I never regretted it. Only looking to move them on with a heavy heart.
